| The flexibility of the
batik process with its variety of textures make it the ideal
medium with which
to capture the beauty, freedom and effortless grace of the shore
birds inhabiting the estuary near my home.
Watching
the never-ending kaleidoscope
of clouds, water, birds and reflections is an inspiration
to explore and combine the
techniques I have learnt over twenty years and which
still fascinate me.
