I have been batiking for 28 years in the beautiful South
West of Ireland.
I work on raw silk, but after participating in some
workshops with Ruth Holmes and Anne Bologna, I have a new interest
in cotton and
paper collage batiks.

My batiks depict the natural surroundings in which I live,
sometimes with fairies, some of Irish mythology, e.g. The Children of
Lir, and some imaginative pieces.
The sizes vary from large (about 5 feet by 3 feet) to
small ones. They are free-hanging batiks with attractive Chinese brass
hangers. Some are available as limited edition prints.
They are on exhibition at our family gallery near Sneem.
